for supper my dad made steak,sausage,fries and salade but I was tired and couldn't bring myself to eat anything.

so fay today I had .....

- 2 slices of brown toast
-slice of cheese

- some all dressed chips

=supper=
-salade
- maybe a bit of icecream

+ went helping me dad mow laws and rake and stuff for 5 hours.. big workout , lots of sweat :S.

+ I've been eating a bit more than usual and i now regret it because im fat again and ugly =(
